The Garcia Family The Garcia's are an exciting young Christian Family, always developing in their understanding of and desire to serve the Lord Jesus Christ.
Nikita, a single parent mom who works for Spectrum Hospital, faces the challenge of raising four kids by herself. However, she recognizes that she is not doing it alone, but that God is helping her every step of the way.
Nikita serves on the Nursery committee as well as a GEMS counselor, her son Nico and daughter Bailey are in the youth group, and Nico also serves as a Jr. Deacon and younger sons Justin and Samantha are in Cadets and GEMS.

The Broenes The Broene family has been at Coit Church longer than any other family. Dick serves on council and has taught the Cadet Club for over 30 years. Mary has been a GEMS leader, played Piano for the church and leads the Women's Bible Study on Monday nights. Throuhout the years, the Broenes have committed their time serving God through the ministries of Coit Church and have shown the love of Christ to those they have come in contact with. |

Brother Larry Larry Smith joined the church in the Spring of 2007 and has been a wonderful blessing to us all. His dedication to Bible Study and excitement for the Lord is an encouragement to others around him. Larry serves and oversees the Church Van Ministry and also serves on the Building Committee, and helps wherever else he can.. |

Missionaries Doug & Leah Heidema Doug and Leah Heidema serve with Pacific Island Ministries reaching out to the people of Papua New Guinea. The mission aids communities by sponsoring Christian education,leadership training and community development.

Eugene & Alana Shelton Eugene and Alana came to Coit Church early 2008. They both have amazing testimonies of God's power, and Grace, and continue to grow in their walk with the Lord. |

Brother Earl Earl has been at Coit for over years. Earl has served on many ministries at Coit, Van Ministry, Deacon, and does it with the heart of a servant. Currently, Earl serves on the Building Committee. |

The Hamstra's Albert & Mindy Hamstra have been at Coit Church for over 5 years. As younger Adults they were missionaries for many years, and Albert works at the CRC world Missions o. Albert is an Elder and also serves on the Anti Racism Committee, and is the overseer of the children's education. Mindy is the Church Secretary, serves on the Praise Team, and has served in different areas of the Children Ministry as well. Albert and Mindy have a heart for the people and dealing with justice issues. |

The Wilson Family James, Carolyn, Sharie, and Cassandra are an amazing family. They each have their own testimony of Gods work in their lives but also collectively. Carolyn serves on the Women's Committee. |

The Dam's Tim and Rena (daughter of the Hamstra family) served as Missionary's in Uganda for several years, and returned to the states in 2007. Makeda was adopted and then within months they were pregnant with Malachi. Tim serves on the Praise & Worship Team and is also a Deacon. Rena serves in the children's Ministry and the Nursery. |

Della Washington Della has served in several ministries including the Van Ministry, and now works in the Kitchen after Sunday morning Service making and serving popcorn and coffee. |

The Wilburns WillieMae has been at Coit Church for many many years, and is one of the Mothers of our church. She and her husband have been married for years. Willie Mae has served on many ministries over the years, and has seen many changes, and watched many little ones grow into adults that now have their own families. Willie Mae, has worked in the food pantry, helped organize food trucks, served in many ways in the youth and children's ministries, and has been that back bone of the Anti Racism Ministry at Coit Church. She is an amazing cook, and helped organize and serve for many years for our Wednesday Night Family nights, and continues to use that gift when called upon. |
